Chaffee County regulations and information:

• Zoning Regulations - Piñon Hills is zoned rural residential (RR), even though it doesn't meet all the guidelines for Rural Residential Zoning.  This was clipped from Land Use Code, Chapter 7 - Zoning Resolution, May 2002.
• Home Occupation Definition - as defined by Chaffee County Zoning Regulations.  This was clipped from from the Land Use Code, Chapter 7 - Zoning Resolution, May 2002.
• Chaffee County Dog Resolution - providing for the control of dogs.

• Tract C Deed of Trust - Pinon Hills HOA currently owns "Tract C"... no legal access to this tract of land.  The HOA is considering deeding it to the fire district for installation of a water storage tank. 
• NEW:  Tract C Quit Claim Deed to the South Arkansas Fire Protection District  (associated letter)
• Tract C Terms and Conditions - terms and conditions of sale to the fire district.
